Announcement: Associate Editor Leaving Position in Physical Review C (January 1, 1998)

After five years of service, Robert L. McGrath has decided to leave his position as Associate Editor of Physical Review C. Bob was primarily responsible for experimental papers. His care and wisdom as an editor were important in making Physical Review C a better journal. We are deeply grateful for his efforts.
