 Printer-friendly versionAnnouncement: Sam Austin Retires (July 1, 2002)Sam Austin of Michigan State University is retiring from the senior Editorship of Physical Review C. Sam has been at PRC's helm since 1988. PRC has flourished under Sam's stewardship due to his high standards and his stature in the field. He also oversaw the successful establishment of the online version of the journal. The entire physics community is in his debt for his outstanding leadership.
