Coulomb energies in 17Ne and the ground state mass of 18Na

For negative-parity mirror states in 17N and 17Ne, we computed Coulomb energies in three different models. Results, along with spectroscopic factors for 18Na (ground state) to various states in 17Ne, are used to calculate the 18Na mass excess.
