α decay measurements for 162Os, 158W, and 158mW are presented. 162Os was produced via fusion evaporation of a 270 MeV 58Ni beam on a 106Cd target and then implanted in a doubled-sided silicon strip detector (DSSD). The 162Os-158W α-decay mother-daughter correlation was then studied. 158mW was directly populated in a similar experiment with a 102Pd target. Using the measurements obtained for 162Os [Eα=6600(3) keV, t1/2=1.9(2) ms], 158W [Eα=6445(3) keV, t1/2=1.5(2) ms, bα=96(6)%], and 158mW [Eα=8286(7) keV, t1/2=0.14(2) ms], α-reduced widths were calculated.
