The results of a search for the 2β+ and Kβ+ decay modes of 78Kr, in a coincidence experiment using a high pressure ionization chamber of enriched 78Kr inside an array of sodium iodine scintillators, are presented. After 4434 h of counting time, the half-life lower limits obtained are T1/2(Kβ+)≥5.1×1021 yr and T1/2(2β+)0ν+2ν≥2.0×1021 yr at 68% C.L.
