The preequilibrium hybrid model is extended to account for emission of hard photons using the quasideuteron radiative concept and detailed balance. We analyze proton-nucleus reactions, find good accord with the observed photon spectra at 72 MeV incident proton energy, and predict two times higher spectra than the observed ones at 140 MeV.
